We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Services Description

BOGA Tattoo provides professional tattoo artistry services, specializing in blackwork, blackout, geometric, and Japanese-influenced tattoo styles. Our services include:

• Custom tattoo design consultations
• Professional tattoo application
• Tattoo aftercare guidance
• Portfolio viewing and design inspiration

All tattoo services are provided by appointment only at Royal Peacock Tattoo in Sacramento, California, or other authorized locations.

3. Age Requirements and Legal Compliance

Minimum Age

In accordance with California Health and Safety Code Section 119301 and the Safe Body Art Act, you must be at least 18 years of age to receive tattoo services. We do not provide tattoo services to minors under any circumstances, including with parental consent.

By booking an appointment or receiving services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued identification to verify your age.

Licensing and Registration

Martín González is a registered tattoo artist in compliance with California and Alameda County regulations. All tattoo services are performed in licensed, permitted facilities that meet California health and safety standards.

4. Booking and Appointments

Appointment Requests

Booking requests submitted through our website are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or direct communication from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our sole discretion.

Deposits

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your tattoo session.

Pricing

Our standard rates are:

• $300 per hour
• $1,800 per full day session

Final pricing will be discussed and agreed upon during your consultation based on design complexity, size, and estimated time.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations or no-shows without adequate notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

5. Health and Safety Requirements

Your health and safety are our top priorities. By booking tattoo services, you agree to:

• Disclose all relevant health information, including allergies, medical conditions, medications, or anything that may affect the tattooing process or healing
• Not receive tattoo services if you are:
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Experiencing acute illness or fever
  • Taking blood thinners or immunosuppressants (without medical clearance)
• Follow all aftercare instructions provided to ensure proper healing and minimize infection risk

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe tattooing would pose a health risk to you or compromise the quality of the work.

6. Informed Consent and Assumption of Risk

By receiving tattoo services, you acknowledge and understand that:

• Tattooing involves puncturing the skin and carries inherent risks, including infection, allergic reactions, scarring, and dissatisfaction with results
• Tattoos are permanent, and removal is costly, painful, and may not be completely successful
• You have been provided an opportunity to ask questions and discuss any concerns
• You assume all risks associated with receiving a tattoo
• You will sign a separate informed consent form before receiving services

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Artist's Rights

All custom tattoo designs created by Martín González remain the intellectual property of the artist. By receiving a tattoo, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to display the design on your body.

We reserve the right to:

• Photograph and display your tattoo in our portfolio, website, and social media (with your consent)
• Use images of our work for promotional and marketing purposes
• Decline to tattoo designs that infringe on copyrights or trademarks of others

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct

When using our website or receiving our services, you agree to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Alameda County, California.
